Burundi Mission Opportunity

For six years, many churches and individuals from TM gave sacrificially and generously to a great need in Burundi.  The result:  orphans housed and cared for; leaders trained and educated; churches planted; and thousands baptized. Along with International Ministries (IM), we are thrilled that the avenues and opportunities for continued partnership are re-established.  IM excels at facilitating mission, and will be administrating mission support and future involvement of TM in the Burundi mission.

TM Operations Update
Tom Niermann, COO, is pleased to report the realization ofour recent
Wildly Important Goal: Choose and Effectively Implement a new Database Management System. "This system is core to all that we do here at TM. It houses all of the data needed to keep track of and communicate with our constituents, while providing the tool needed to schedule and create communications and announcements, and to handle all of our event registrations. It tracks donor activities, houses our calendars, vendors list, speaker lists and more – all while being mobile friendly. We successfully completed this project, trained our staff, and launched its use among TM staff by year’s end (2016). We are developing and conducting more advanced training for staff throughout 2017, to ensure effective use of this new tool."

In addition, the Operations Team has two Wildly Important Goals for 2017:
1.  Publicity Support for Vision 2020 through Dynamic Communications and Promotions. This includes a total website makeover (coming soon!),  increased awareness of events; assistance in motivating donors; and helping TM attract new Churches.
2. Data Management Year 2. This will involve advanced staff training, and integration of donor data.
